School Online Payment System

e-Funds for Schools

e~Funds for Schools offers options for parents/guardians to make school fees (such as field trips, school care programs, etc.) payments electronically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card (Visa, MC, Discover).
The e~Funds for Schools service is offered to you by a third party service provider. The school does not request or keep records of family checking or credit card account information. Families set up and maintain their own logins, passwords and payment preferences. Your account is retained in a password-protected file. You will not be charged with processing fees. By providing your email address, an email notification informing you of the student’s name, purpose of the payment, and the amount of the item, will be sent to you each time that a payment is to be processed. The e~Funds for Schools site is secure and uses industry standard data encryption. You are in full control of your account and can make a payment at any time that is convenient for you. No payments will be allowed without your knowledge and authorization through this secure payment system.

When we assess your e-Funds account, we enter the assessment in your child’s PowerSchool account.    The assessment is recorded overnight into your e-Funds account.  You must log into your e-Funds account and select:  “Make a Payment” and proceed with payment in order to complete the process. The payment is recorded back into PowerSchool overnight. Your account in PowerSchool will indicate that the payment was made electronically and the balance reflects the payment.  You may find your outstanding balance in one of two ways:  PowerSchool account(s) –  make sure to check all students in your PowerSchool account for the total balance due.  Or simply log in to your e-Funds account.  Family assessments will always be entered into your youngest child’s account.  Individual assessments will be assessed in the individual child’s account (such as sports).
